Meet Attorney Sullivan

Providing prompt and personalized legal services while keeping our prices competitive

Attorney Jane E. Sullivan established her own Estate Planning and Elder Law practice in Fall River in 1996, because she recognized the need for prompt, personalized estate planning services. A Fall River native, Jane has experience working with clients of all ages and in all aspects of Estate Planning and Administration, with a special emphasis on Elder Law.

Jane’s experience and knowledge enable her to build a long term relationship with her clients, assisting them with advance planning matters, addressing financial and legal worries when illness strikes, and representing the fiduciary of an estate after the death of a loved one.

Attorney Jane E. Sullivan is a frequent guest speaker on topics involving Estate Planning and Elder Law. Contact us if you are planning an event.

Estate Planning is About Doing What is Best for You and Your Family

Estate Planning is something we all need to do regardless of age, marital status or wealth.

You want to do the right thing for yourself and your family. You want to protect your financial future by preserving your assets. You want the security of knowing that your estate will be handled exactly the way you want.

At the Law Offices of Jane E. Sullivan, we focus on all aspects of Estate Planning, with a special emphasis on Elder Law.

We know how to put all the right legal and financial pieces in place to provide for your own financial security and that of your loved ones. As an Estate Planning, Elder Law and Probate Attorney, I am truly a “family lawyer”, building personal relationships with my clients that last a lifetime.

Families trust and turn to us to help them navigate the complexities of Medicaid planning, the filing of Medicaid applications, and representation at Medicaid appeal hearings. With sensitivity, we handle Probate Guardianships and Conservatorships, the Probate of Wills, and the Administration of Estates.

Since establishing our law office in 1996, our mission has been to provide prompt and personalized legal services while keeping our prices competitive. We work collaboratively with your accountants, financial planners, bankers, and the other members of your estate planning team. We have developed an extensive network of qualified estate planning professionals, including geriatric care managers and caregivers. My staff and I are committed to doing what is right on your behalf.
